The Talent Acquisition Director reports to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. They serve as the single
point of contact and the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all functions within recruiting. The Director will
indirectly and directly manage all recruiting teammates from a functional expertise perspective across our
BPO global operations which includes high volume recruiting. The Director will create company guidelines
and standard operating procedures for our recruiting teams and audit, track and report each site’s
compliance. The Director will lead functional training and development efforts of talent acquisition
staff. The Director will oversee the management of our recruiting vendor partners while identifying and
executing cost-saving and efficiency strategies. The Director will also audit cost effectiveness for all
recruiting offices, provide recommendations for improvement and will track, report on findings. The Director
will also handle the recruitment of leadership and specialized roles for the Qualfon organization.

2. Create and maintain talent acquisition processes and the procedure library (best practices)
3. Implement site scorecards, track and report outcomes of talent acquisition activities
4. Provides guidance to software development team and project managers for talent acquisition system
(TAS). Be the subject matter expert (SME) with regards to company TAS
5. Review and sign-off on each site’s recruiting budget in partnership with operations leadership
6. Track, report and analyze spending by site, group and geographical areas
7. Create and help deliver functional training to talent acquisition staff regarding TAS
8. Prepare and deliver training to talent acquisition staff in cooperation with human development and legal
department regarding federal, state, and local guidelines and regulation
9. Investigate and determine best vendors to facilitate talent acquisition
10. Negotiate low cost solutions for advertising, sourcing, and other talent acquisition activities
11. Source, screen, interview, and coordinate recruitment of position
Knowledge of federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations regarding interviewing, selection, preemployment testing, tracking, reporting, record-keeping
Proven success with utilizing social media as recruiting tools
Skilled with professional document creation, maintenance, and publishing
Skilled with all Microsoft Office products (including WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of TAS systems and database software
Ability to prepare and deliver training to remote and live audiences
Knowledge of basic accounting budget, and flash processes
