Job Profile - (TRAINING) Training Supervisor
Ability to train and develop others to acquire new skills or knowledge that will prepare them for their jobs, enhance their work, improve performance, and achieve desired results. Ability to design, develop and/or deliver training programs.
Ability to deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the trainees. Demonstrate competency with presentation software, content organization principles, presentation style, use of visual aids, syllabus writing, tailoring style/content to different audiences, etc.
2 to 4 years training and development experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
College Graduate of any course or its equivalent.
