he Recruiting Admin will provide administrative support to the Corporate Recruitment team in the
sourcing and recruitment of qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The
successful candidate will be responsible for managing job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting
background checks, and maintaining candidate databases.
Manage job postings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company
website
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications, and schedule interviews with
qualified candidates
Source and screen candidates for entry-level support roles
Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and answer
any questions they may have
Coordinate with vendors on background checks, medical exam, and other pre-employment
requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and other recruitment-related
records
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including preparing offer
letters, completing new hire paperwork, and facilitating the onboarding process
Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure the recruitment process
is efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals and values
